Recognizing the importance of active participation in events such as coding competitions, technical workshops, and hackathons, this platform centralizes event information, thereby empowering students to explore diverse interests, network with peers, and expand their knowledge base. The project addresses the fragmentation of current platforms by offering a user-friendly website that integrates location-based recommendations, enhancing event discovery and relevance based on users geographic data. Additionally, BookMyEvent leverages advanced technologies such as automated chatbot and personalized filtering to improve user engagement, predict attendance, and optimize event management. This approach not only fosters a more informed and collaborative student community but also significantly enhances the efficiency of event scheduling and networking, ultimately contributing to the holistic development of students and the operational success of educational institutions.
