CarDia: AI Diabetes and Heart Disease Management System

Abstract

Chronic diseases like diabetes and heart disease remain among the leading causes of global health complications, requiring costly, long-term management. Effective care involves continuous monitoring, medical treatment, lifestyle changes, and early detection of their associated risks. This project aims to develop an integrated healthcare system that integrates patient data and machine learning models for predictive analysis of diabetes and heart disease, and offers early risk detection, personalized healthcare insights, and tailored doctor recommendations, thus enhancing the proactive management of these chronic diseases.
