Abstract
Voice cloning technology has witnessed significant advancements with the rise of deep learning frameworks, enabling the replication of human speech with high fidelity and speaker specificity. This project focuses on building a customizable, high-quality voice cloning system designed to support multilingual synthesis, voice conversion, and real-time audio generation. The solution emphasizes modularity and flexibility, allowing users to train and deploy personalized voices with minimal data. The system uses a token-based synthesis approach, where text is tokenized and aligned with speech through an attention mechanism. A speaker encoder captures voice identity, while emotion modulation adjusts the speechs emotional tone. The final output is generated through a high-fidelity vocoder, ensuring natural-sounding audio with smooth prosody. This architecture provides precise control over voice style, identity, and emotion, making it versatile for various applications. The system enables real-time synthesis with low latency, optimized for GPU acceleration and cross-platform operation. Packaged in Docker containers, it ensures easy deployment in both research and production environments. Ethical considerations, including future safeguards such as voice watermarking and clone detection, have been addressed. The project advances high-performance synthetic voice solutions with applications in virtual assistants, audiobooks, content creation, accessibility tools, and entertainment.
